Mikey Ryan's Bar & Kitchen is an exciting new venture opening in a fully restored nineteenth century pub in the heart of Cashel, Co.Tipperary. A stone's throw from the world famous Rock of Cashel, we hope for Mikey Ryans to become a destination in its own right. With a well-stocked bar of drinks from near and far and a kitchen serving up a regionally sourced seasonal menu, we aim to appeal to locals and tourists alike. We're looking for a team who want to make a difference in hospitality and to offer friendly service and a taste of Tipperary to all who walk in the door and make sure they leave planning to return.
Our kitchen ethos is pure and simple; cooking from scratch and organic where possible. We need chefs, kitchen porters, a waiting team, bar tenders, a barista, a mixologist and a few more - all applicants should have a team mentality and be prepared for a fast-paced environment!
