Palm Vaults is an upbeat cafe where people come together over great coffee and gorgeous cakes, as well as a changing vegetarian and vegan food menu. Compassion for animals and the environment has lead us to use non-dairy milks, as well as pursuing producers who share our values.  We use Allpress coffee and high quality teas. From industry standards such as Flat Whites to Lattes, we also offer a variety of flavoured, colourful Lattes and Tonics. Our aesthetic has been described as 1970s Miami: lots of pink marble, brass and gold fixtures, and leafy green plants. With a great soundtrack of 90s RnB, garage, disco, soul, and hip hop, our cafe is a fun place to sit and relax, as well as work. Coffee table books, Zines, and beautiful decor add to a warm environment. Our team also adds to our ambiance by maintaining friendly attitudes and being customer service focused.
