We are currently looking for one Manchester based barista to work Monday - Wednesday weekly at WeWork Spinningfields. This role is a part-time freelance role.

WeWork Barista - Role Responsibilities:
• Manage the VCW/WW Barista station, engaging with the WeWork members and their guests and providing well-crafted and beautifully presented coffee in a timely fashion all WeWork members and their guests.
• Following recipes and guidelines for coffee preparation.
• Engage with the WW members and their guests.
• Ensuring site is always clean, clear and tidy and has sufficient stock levels.
• Raise low stock issues to your Area Coordinator / Barista Manager.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our coffee and speak knowledgably about this to WW members.
• Act as an ambassador for Volcano Coffee Works.
• Be aware of and follow all WW operational and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Be punctual and well-presented.
• Provide and/or manage the any preventative maintenance on equipment required, in conjunction with the Area Coordinator /Barista Manager.
• Positively always represent and promote Volcano Coffee Works best interests.
Essential Requirements:
• Barista experience.
• Flexible approach.
• Trustworthiness – you will be working alone so you need to be able to work on your own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
