We saw a gap in the market and decided to create a unique café experience that combines exceptional coffee, mouthwatering snacks, and a sustainable ethos. As a new café, there is endless potential for growth and innovation, and we need someone with experience to help us realize our vision.
As a client-facing role, we need a confident individual who can promote our products and engage with our customers. Your people skills will be crucial in building relationships with our regulars, and your positive attitude will contribute to our vibrant coffee shop atmosphere. We want someone who is eager to be part of a small, independent establishment where every team member’s contribution matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop great relationships with our regular customers, going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. Bring your positive energy to our coffee-fueled family and actively contribute to the team spirit. Demonstrate confidence and expertise in operating our coffee machine, while also having a genuine interest in experimenting with new coffee blends and drinks. Your ideas will be valued and encouraged. Embrace our vision of sustainability and contribute to our environmentally friendly practices. Showcase your leadership qualities and collaborate effectively with our wonderful team. Delight our customers with your latte art skills, creating visually stunning beverages. Take an active role in creating engaging social media content for our brand. We value your enthusiasm for capturing insta-worthy photos and stories that showcase our coffee and food offerings. Be available to work on weekends, with a preference for Sundays. If you are excited about the prospect of being part of a team that’s redefining the coffee shop experience, we would love to hear from you. The salary for this part-time position will be based on experience and can be discussed during the interview. You will be required to work on a Sunday!
