Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional customer service & sales administrator to join our growing team of coffee lovers who provide exceptional customers service to our clients wherever they are!
The successful candidate will be working closely with sales & marketing manager in assisting with answering customer enquiries via telephone, online chat, email and even whatsapp. The role also involves in assisting with presales support as well as post sales support and general administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with enquires from email, chat, telephone etc
Setting up new customers and dealing with existing accounts
Processing sales orders
Working with sales manager to actively promote new product launches
Identify new sales channels for the business
General administrative duties where applicable
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer focused skills (verbal & written)
Team player
Attitude to working and delivering quality work
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Experience within the customer service role (desirable not essential)
Experience using xero accounting (desirable not essential)
Must be a coffee lover!
Salary:
From £19,000 - £22,000 PA
90 day review before final permanent contract
