The day to day
Working closely with Event Planners to ensure successful delivery of events Coordinate with the office and logistics team Involved in the running of the warehouse Setting up and packing down events Essential Functions:
They will assist in the organising all logistics to ensure efficient, profitable and timely delivery of events. Work closely with our event planner to identify the oppositions needed to carry out each event while optimizing cost and minimizing risk. Looking after the warehouse, equipment and vans and insure they are kept in a smart and working order. Establish the best routes and logistics for the safe delivery of our events both within the UK and Europe. Job Qualifications
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. At least 1 years of experience in events and the hospitality industry, including work in operations and the delivery of events. Full Clean Driving license for a minimum of 2 years. Great customer service and people management skills. Should have a sharp sense of aesthetics, keen eye for detail and a creative flair in order to produce visually aesthetic hospitality layouts. Problem solver, you must be able to manage problems as they arise in a professional and seamless manor Our work environment includes:
