• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, ensuring every cup meets our standards of excellence.
• Provide outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
Requirements:
• Passionate about coffee and creating the perfect brew.
• Previous experience working with specialty coffee.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, presentable, and a strong team player.
• Reliable, hardworking, and well-organized.
• Flexible availability across the week, though we are closed every Sunday and on all bank holidays.
• Fluent in English.
• Please note: We do not sponsor visas.
What We Offer:
• Starting pay from £13.50 per hour, with paid breaks included.
• Daytime hours only, as we close at 4 PM daily.
• 40hours per week.
• Monthly staff coffee cupping sessions to enhance your coffee knowledge.
