We are looking for a passionate and dedicated FOH Barista to join our team. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing beautiful beverages and serving snack items. You will work as part of a team, and your ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain food safety standards will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for all customers. We offer a flexible schedule, with shifts running Monday to Sunday (08:30–17:00).
FOH Barista responsibilities: - Work with the Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure a sooth service - Take pride in our specialty coffee standards - Connect with our customers and keep on the front foot, making guests feel at home - Be a true team player, supporting inclusivity and build relationships based on integrity and trust - Keep up to date with our offerings to be able to confidently answer customer questions - Remain calm and focused, and most importantly enjoy the work that you do
