Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speciality Coffee Shop Manager (two outlets) located in Greater London. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our specialty coffee shops, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing and training staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maximizing sales and profitability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing a specialty coffee shop or similar hospitality establishment Excellent knowledge of specialty coffee, including brewing methods, extraction, and latte art Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required Passion for specialty coffee and creating exceptional customer experiences
