We’re a London-based workplace coffee company, providing a premium coffee shop experience to offices throughout the Capital and beyond. We’re a business with ambition, combined with a friendly culture, and due to continued growth, we’re looking to hire a new team member to help us scale up.
We’re looking for someone who has a passion for coffee, some technical experience with bean-to-cup coffee machines, and is eager to progress their career in this area. In addition to assisting our technical team, the individual will need to support our hygiene team when required. This presents an exciting opportunity for a friendly and motivated person who loves coffee, people, and London.
Role & Responsibilities
• Visit customer sites to undertake hygiene visits • Once trained, visit customer sites to undertake maintenance and repairs • Working with commercial bean-to-cup coffee machines • Delivery of exceptional customer service at all times
Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Experience with bean-to-cup machines or eager to learn • Excellent customer service skills • Great communication and customer care skills • Be passionate about coffee and the iKhofi brand • A true team player
Benefits Package • £27,000 - £33,000 basic salary (based on experience and skill set) • Bonus Scheme (part of our B Corp Certification) • Travel expenses within Zone 1-5 London • Monday - Friday (8am-4pm) • Private Healthcare Cover • 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays • Pension contribution
