Manager

Joe Blake’s is now recruiting for a Manager to lead our store in Ealing Broadway, we’ll be just next to the station serving speciality coffee and fuelling the people of Ealing.

Pay starts at £14.15 - 15.15, plus monthly bonuses. We offer flexible hours, a great team environment and real progression opportunities. You’ll bring experience of managing a team and have the freedom to build and lead your own team at our new location.

We are looking for someone to join the team with a great knowledge of speciality coffee and the ability to grow revenue, build a team and coach others. We are a small growing business so there will be plenty of opportunity to progress. As a business we are focused on producing exceptional coffee, quickly and passionately.

All of our locations are grab-and-go focused in high footfall areas, often bringing a small retail space to life. Days will be busy with plenty to do and lots of coffee to make!

Required experience:

Knowledge and experience within specialty coffee are key Experience as a head barista desired Experience of a store manager required
