We’re looking for people who have experience in specialty coffee, bring a positive and outgoing energy to the team, and are proud of the quality of what they produce whether that’s in management and team leadership, or stunningly delicious beverages and guest experiences. For these leadership roles some previous supervisory experience is essential. A team-first mentality and strong work ethic are key, alongside a proactive, can-do attitude.
Managers and Site Leads will guide their teams, manage day-to-day operations, coordinate rotas, support training and development, oversee stock and health & safety and product standards on site, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
We provide ongoing training and development, team discounts, on-shift snacks such as pastries or sandwiches (depending on site offering), and regular social events to celebrate our wins together.
