What You’ll Do:
☕ Lead with Passion: Inspire and manage a team of baristas, fostering a culture of excellence in coffee preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
☕ Quality Control: Ensure that every cup meets Brityard’s high standards for flavor, presentation, and consistency through rigorous quality checks, working closely with Assembly Coffee to maintain the integrity of our coffee program.
☕ Operations & Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, equipment maintenance, and supply orders to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
☕ Community Engagement: Help position Brityard as a must-visit coffee destination by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building relationships with our customers.
☕ Event Curation: Plan and host engaging coffee events, tastings, and workshops in collaboration with Assembly Coffee to showcase our offerings and connect with coffee enthusiasts.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience and positive energy: Proven experience as a barista, with leadership or management responsibilities in a dynamic café environment.
✔ Coffee Expertise: Deep understanding of coffee brewing techniques, bean origins, and quality assessment, with an appreciation for specialty coffee brands like Assembly Coffee.
✔ Hospitality Mindset: A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and fostering a strong sense of community.
✔ Leadership Skills: Ability to train, motivate, and support a team, ensuring excellent performance and a positive work culture.
✔ Creativity & Innovation: Fresh ideas for events, menu development, and enhancing customer engagement.
